A windy weekend and suddenly almost all the colourful leaves lie on the ground. Summer is defenetly over, and soon the fall will be to.

All thats left is a looooong grey wait for snow and winter (Yes, at times, I can be a tad pessimistic)

Mushroom

This weeks theme at linsbus is mushroom... I LOVE mushrooms, but my S.O. is allergic so these are mine, all MINE!!

As a bonus you get to se the end result as well =)

One sanswish and one small aubergine filled with mushrooms, spices and cheese

A bit too much for one meal, but lunch + a snack for later was really nice!

Mmm... Lunch bento style (-ish, ask any japanese mother and I probably failed miserably, no rice, not enough colour, not pritty enough... But still verry tasty compared to most alternatives)
